The Coalition for Fire-Safe Cigarettes is working to save lives and prevent injuries and devastation from cigarette-ignited fires. Over 99% of the U.S. population is now or soon will be better protected from cigarette fires thanks to state passage of fire-safe cigarette legislation.

The Coalitions is now working to support states in the development of strategies to implement and enforce fire-safe cigarette laws and to measure the efficacy of the new standard.
